I am delighted to provide a heartfelt testimony about Steve Kincanon's exceptional contributions as a DSAMT Board of Directors member. Steve's leadership, passion, and ability to advise, execute and follow through have truly left a lasting impact on our organization.

Steve's leadership style is inspiring, effective and efficient, which has led to many tangible advancements for DSAMT and has elevated the organization to new heights. He brings extraordinary enthusiasm to the BOD, which is infectious and motivating for everyone around him. One of Steve's standout qualities is his unwavering commitment to supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families, helping DSAMT to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Steve's willingness to think outside the box and explore new ideas has invigorated our discussions, decision-making processes and execution of our goals. His innovative thinking has sparked creative solutions to longstanding challenges, and his openness to diverse viewpoints has fostered an inclusive and dynamic atmosphere within the boar.

Specifically, Steve examined our organization's goals and processes and quickly identified opportunities then not only led the charge to action but also secured needed funding and high-impact people and businesses to efficiently execute. Ultimately, DSAMT will have a significantly stronger online presence, brand awareness, and imagery to better serve our families and increase contributions.

I wholeheartedly endorse Steve Kincanon for his exceptional leadership, unwavering passion, and ability to inspire others and drive an organization forward. We are incredibly fortunate to have Steve on our Board of Directors, and I have no doubt that his continued contributions will bring about even greater successes for years to come.
